Best place to do your Divemaster
I did my divemaster with BICD for 5 weeks. I had the best time on Utila thanks to BICD. I learned so much during this time. The training and work couldn´t have been better. The team was so professional in teaching and guiding and at the same time it was so much fun to go diving with them. I can´t recommend the college enough!!! If you do your Divemaster or want to start diving go to Bay islands college of Diving you won´t regret it!!! I hope I can come back some time to go diving with them again.

Choose BICD for any diving certifications
Honduras is one of the cheapest places in the world to get your PADI certificate so you should come here for that reason alone.
Bay Islands College of Diving were incredibly professional throughout my time learning to dive and my safety was main priority but I still had lots of fun.
The knowledge of the instructors and dive masters is amazing.
The college offers free dorm accommodation throughout your time learning to dive as well as 1 free introductory night and any fun dives you do with them also earn you free accommodation.
I’ve lost count of the amount of people I’ve told to visit Utila, Honduras and get their Open Water etc. with BICD I really cannot recommend them enough and will continue to tell people to go here. Thank you to Yasmine Braeckmans and Natasha Burr for helping me get my certificates I’m hoping to come back to Utila one day and hope to see you all again.

Cannot recommend highly enough!
By boyfriend and I got our open water certificates here! It was the first time we had ever been diving, but the professionalism of the staff really made us feel at ease, and always safe. Our instructor was Yasmine - she is amazing! Not only friendly and approachable, but she was always happy to answer our questions, and went the extra mile to make sure we were ready to pass both the practical tests and the exams. She is incredibly patient and never made us feel anything was a hassle or rushed. It really made our experience all that much better, thank you! And thank you to all the staff here, they really make you feel like part of the family during your time there.
We look forward to hopefully returning in the near future!

Simply amazing!
Where to start, BICD is now like a family to us. My husband and I completed our rescue/EFR with Paige and our divemaster with Abbi, Asa, Shaun, Mitch, Paige, Yas, and so many others. After spending two months with them it is clear this is the place you want to come back too. Everyone here cares about your success and you improving daily. No one is left out, everyone is welcoming, and the friends you’ll make will be lifelong. The boats are wonderful and the captains are even better. If you are lucky enough to have Gringo on board then strike up a conversation, he’s just simply amazing. Joining in on hunting lionfish with WSORC was a real treat and watching their passion for the ocean was invigorating. Everyone and everything is highly professional, fun, safe, and most of all friendly. We can’t wait to come back and I’m looking forward to doing my IDC with Nick at some point. What I’m getting to in this review is, you don’t need to think about who you want to dive with, BICD is simply the best and I highly recommend them.
