Policy

We at Bay Islands College of Diving appreciate your interest in our programs and courses. As a professional training institution, we strive to provide the best possible experience and training to all of our divers.

Please note that all deposits are non refundable and once payment has been made for a course or program, we have a strict no refund policy. Once the program has started, no refunds will be given and it is not possible to switch to a different program or course. We have planned and allocated staff and resources based on the commitments made to you and expect everyone to honor their commitments. However, if a candidate is unable to continue due to illness or exceptional circumstances, they may be able to join one of the upcoming courses free of charge within 12 months at the discretion of the management.
